Dr Luks is the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with. He is thorough and listens without rushing the appointment. He was readily available and easy to communicate with during the weeks/months following my surgery, which made me feel comfortable and at ease.

As expected, first class folks throughout, everyone knows their job and are eager to help. Dr Luks and his assistant give a non hurried thorough exam and answer all questions. I trust his judgement completely. But maybe best of all, when you call the office a real person answers in two rings.. no menu and no P.C. gibberish, they identify themselves and get what you need done, how refreshing!

Dr Luks mismanaged my case from the very start..Do no harm may be his motto but by doing nothing in the end the harm is threefold!!Had to practically beg for an MRI which revealed 2 fractures in my shoulder..something he couldn’t possibly determine without one..I had to beg for pain medication and had to deal with his consistently RUDE assistant Jennifer who told me that “he could loose his license if he ordered an MRI” What a moronic statement..lastly I was discharged from his care with No restrictions..yet according to the CAT scan he did a few months back showed that my bone was disintegrating..which he somehow managed to omit from his assessment.I am so sad because this man did more than harm..he took away valuable time in which I could have found some answers.As a nurse and a human being I would say go to another practice!!
